Yolo County Realty was founded in 1964 and has been operating longer than any other real estate agency in Yolo County. Each of us makes our home in Yolo County, which helps us be exceptional real estate agents and lenders. Ken worked with Charlie Huff, a founder of Yolo County Realty beginning in 2003 and purchased the agency from Charlie in 2005. Ken oversees all real estate and lending transactions. He is a graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Managerial and Agriculture Economics. He is an entrepreneur at heart and balances his successful real estate and lending career with the operation of his family’s straw and hay company in Woodland. A true outdoorsman, Ken enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, biking and other adventures that keep him happy and healthy. Ken and his wife Lori make their home in Woodland.
Cameron J. Dewberry

Cameron manages the lending side of the business. She handles all initial inquiries, processes applications, orders title reports and prepares loan files for broker review and approval and coordinates signings between borrowers and lenders. Cameron’s extensive tax experience and her experience running her own successful bookkeeping company, adds to her expertise and ability to serve YCR clientele. Cameron makes her home in Woodland with her husband and two children. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, Woodland Chamber of Commerce, Yolo County Arts Council and Plainfield Elementary PTA. She considers her life a perfect example of the American Dream realized.

Kurt is Yolo County Realty’s lead agent. He specializes in market intelligence and managing complex transactions. His passion for success is evident in every client relationship and transaction he closes. In his own words, “I enjoy fulfilling my client’s dream of homeownership, my seller’s price goals and creating smooth and timely closings.” Kurt Lives in Woodland with his family. When not looking for his next real estate deal, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters…and a round of golf if the opportunity arises.

Charlie showed up at Ken’s house one day, a stray in need of a family. Ken brought him to live at the office and promptly named him after the founder of Yolo County Realty, Charlie Huff. Charlie is now our beloved mascot. He quietly keeps a curious eye on us. Charlie is single. He enjoys goldfish, small birds, mice and room temperature, unoaked chardonnay. While he has failed the real estate exam several times, he is an excellent closer.
